1) Only one free listing is available per site. If you want your site listed in multiple categories, you must purchase an Enhanced Listing.
2) Please try to avoid including the phrase "Football" or "Football Club" in your Site Title unless it's an intregal part of the name. A simple "Pleasantville Panthers" or "Johnsonville Jaguars" will suffice. It also is not necessary to include the age of your team (11-12, 13U, etc.) unless there is already a different team from your state with the same name in our database.
3) Only teams from high schools should be submitted in the High School category. Other teams for high school-age players belong under the Youth category. The Amateur/Semi-Pro category is for adult teams and semi-pro teams.
4) College and high school team sites should be submitted under the name of the institution (Florida State University or Jonestown High School), rather than under another title (JHS Football Online) or using the name of the mascot (Jonestown Eagles Football). This simply makes it easier for people to find the links since they will be alphabetized according to the name of the school.
5) If you have a site that is solely message boards or chat function, please submit under our new Discussion Forums & Chat category. If those functions
are just part of your site, please place your site under the category specific to the team or league you cover.
6) Do NOT use this form to update sites which already exist in the database. Please use the Change Form for that purpose.
